Senior Adult Ministry

Under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, the Crew celebrates Christian fun, joins in fellowship, shows compassion to others, continues to learn, grows in spirituality and participates in services.

Calvin’s Crew is a group of senior adults who enjoy social activities as well as participating in our church’s mission projects. Additionally, Crew members volunteer throughout our community at the Cambridge House Adult Day Care, Newnan-Piedmont Hospital, One Roof, civic organizations and city government commissions.

A variety of monthly activities such as luncheon programs, concerts, garden tours, Christmas outings, picnics, progressive dinners and much more are enjoyed every year by members. We also have a monthly Book Club, Movie Matinee Club, and Men’s Coffee Group. You can check the Senior Adult Ministry (SAM) bulletin board, located outside the Coffee Room, for details of all monthly activities as well special outings.

Our activities are open to everyone so they can experience the friendship, fellowship and camaraderie that are valued by each of us. We welcome YOU!
