Preparing Hearts and Minds for a New School Year

Join us this July 27th Sunday for our annual Blessing of the Backpacks —a special gathering where we lift up students, teachers, and families as they prepare for the upcoming school year.

This meaningful event will feature a heartfelt blessing over backpacks and teacher planners, praying for strength, wisdom, and success for all returning students. Whether starting pre-kindergarten, heading into high school, or off to college, every child will receive encouragement and support from our church community.

Students bring your backpacks, teachers bring your planners, bring your friends, and let’s kick off the school year with faith and joy!   After worship, we will head over to Bob Coggin's home for a pool party!
