Our emails from the church have been blocked by Spectrum and Charter due to their aggressive filtering system that blocks legitimate emails from being received by their users. In order to restore the ability to receive emails from the church, you will have to add our church email address to the safe sender list. Please follow the instructions below. Thanks!
Add You to the "Safe Senders" List
Sign in to Spectrum/Charter Webmail (via a browser, not a phone app).
- Select the Settings tab at the top.
- Select Filters & Blocked Senders on the left.
- Under Safe Senders, enter npcadmin@newnanpres.org
- Click Add
